In July of 2010 a few of my Service Managers and I met with Chase Mayhugh to view a warehouse in the Billy Creek Commerce Center. During our first encounter it was evident that Chase had a tremendous amount of knowledge in Industrial Real Estate.
It was during this meeting that it became clear that Chase would be the best Broker for our relocation project. Our current lease was set to expire in 12 months and we had a laundry list of unique requests that needed to be met in order for us to move to a much needed larger facility. Chuck Mayhugh went completely above and beyond our expectations to help us sell our property. We had a vacant piece of land in South Fort Myers with an unusual shape and other unique characteristics that made it complicated to put on the market. After explaining the situation of our property to Chuck, he began offering advice and help immediately. He contacted the county and the state on our behalf, and he even completely guided us through the process of obtaining a zoning verification letter from the county.
